About Your New Job as a Customer Service Executive:
100% onsite, you will serve as the connection between customers and the Production and Finance teams.
Manage some of the biggest accounts and ensure customers receive the best possible service (B2B).
Be proactive in your communication, while also being responsive to customer inquiries.
Estimate and cost for clients and internal teams, providing daily status reports to customers.
Perform general ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Skills Required:
* Must have 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a packaging/printing company.
* Experience in estimating/costing.
* Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
What's on Offer:
Salary Range: €35,000 - €40,000.
Holidays: 21 days annual leave.
