Location: West of Cork City
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 6pm. A requirement for one Saturday every month on rotation.
What will the role entail?
* Answering customer queries both in person and over the phone
* Responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner
* Updating customer records and ensuring all files are up to date
* Liaising with various key stakeholders to update on processes
What do you need to have?
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Strong administrative skills and experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
