The ideal candidate will have a passion for Food and Beverage, be motivated and energetic for this hands-on role, and work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Head Chef to provide exceptional and innovative guest experiences.

* Extensive experience in wedding and event management
* Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage (including wine)
* Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily Conference and Banqueting operations, providing support and guidance to fellow Food & Beverage personnel
* Develop new ideas for services and products to maintain competitiveness and generate additional revenue
* Ensure timely setup of Meeting and Function suites while maintaining food, beverage, and service standards
* Review written communication to determine staffing levels, room assignments, and buffet decor
* Manage, train, and develop the team to adhere to SOPs
* Communicate with the kitchen and other departments prior to and during service
* Inspect and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of Meeting and Function suites
* Coordinate with Wedding & Events and kitchen teams for highest product delivery
* Organise weekly briefings with the Conference and Banqueting team
