Position Overview: As a key member of the shared services support team, you will be a dedicated professional responsible for supporting infrastructure and cloud services across the entire organization. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting both on-premises and cloud environments, primarily leveraging Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and serve as a vital escalation point for complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 3 (L3) support for infrastructure and cloud environments, focusing on Azure and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external MSPs to ensure seamless operation of data centers and shared services.
* Assist with the transition and ongoing support of cloud-based solutions.
* Serve as a support and escalation point for project resources and other team members.
* Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation related to infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar L3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
* Experience working with Managed Service Providers to deliver high-quality support services.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
* Availability to work on-site at our Kingscourt location for three days per week initially, with flexibility to adjust as needed.
