Human Resource Generalist Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client based in Killarney, County Kerry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations, working closely with the HR Director to achieve growth plans and organisational development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the HR Director with day-to-day administration and human resources operations
* Contribute to HR strategy, culture, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management initiatives
* Liaise with department managers to manage labour planning and recruitment processes
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector
* HR qualification or degree in Human Resource Management preferred
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills
* Proficient in Office Suite and CRM software
Packages Offered:
* Competitive salary €35,000 – €40,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications
