We are currently recruiting for an Employment Advisor to make a real difference in this influential role.
You can become an Employment advisor with excellent customer service skills, gained from sales, recruitment or hospitality backgrounds, or advising and guidance experience.
We provide on-the-job training, so we're looking for someone with an engaging personality, who can provide a warm and welcoming experience, and seek out solutions to problems to help customers progress into sustainable employment.

Employment Advisors provide motivational support, careers advice and guidance to our clients, making them feel welcome and at ease, enabling them to overcome barriers and build confidence. They provide training workshops covering subjects like CV writing and online job searching, and engage with people to assess their skills and abilities, talk about their ambitions and career goals, and explore learning and work opportunities as an intermediary with local employers.

Key Responsibilities
Assess individual client needs and work with them to create a personal progression plan.
Meet with clients regularly to review their progress.
Work with your clients throughout their time with us.
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Skills and Experience
Leaving Certificate standard (as a minimum). A third-level degree is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training and/or customer-facing role.
Experience of working in a target-orientated environment.
Ability to multi-task, organise and manage workload.
Positive, enthusiastic approach to problem-solving with a 'can-do attitude'.
Fully IT-literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
