Top Drawer Talent is seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its team in a full-cycle (360) role.
About the Role
This position is ideal for those with recruitment experience or individuals coming from fast-paced environments who are eager to transition into recruitment.
Full training will be provided by internal and external trainers, and online lectures will be attended at least once per week, ensuring continuous learning and development.
Responsibilities
* Conduct business development calls to generate new client relationships and job opportunities.
* Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and match them to suitable roles.
* Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Proactively source talent using various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
* Negotiate job offers and manage expectations for both clients and candidates.
* Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
* Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment, call centres, hospitality, or beneficial
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Confident telephone manner with the ability to conduct business development calls professionally
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to build rapport and establish strong business relationships
* Willingness to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
Eligibility for Apprenticeship
A minimum of A grade H5 and above in two higher level subjects together with a minimum of O6/H7 in four other subjects. A minimum of grade O6/H7 must be obtained in English. A grade O6/H7 must be obtained in Mathematics. Holders of a QQI level 5 or Level 6 (or equivalent) can apply for entry onto the programme. Learners for whom English is not a first language must demonstrate proficiency in English with CEF B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or recognised equivalent. Current employees with relevant experience and qualifications (e.g. ERF Programme in Recruitment Practice).
