Description: We are seeking a full-time (40 hrs per week) experienced Chef De Partie for the Viaduct Restaurant & Cafe.
The applicant should be a highly motivated individual. Working with the team, there is ongoing training conducted within the department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
2. Work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
3. Delivering the very highest standards of food and service at all times
4. Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to spec
5. Ensuring that the property remains fully compliant in terms of hygiene, health, and safety
6. Working as part of a progressive and ambitious team
7. Train junior staff
Ideal Candidate:
1. Minimum of two years experience
2. Excellent communication & time management skills
3. Be an excellent team player & place huge emphasis on customer service
4. HACCP experience
5. Highly motivated
Responsibilities/Duties:
Hours of Work: You will need to be available to work shift work and flexibility is a must.
