About Us
Bar/Restaurant Manager required for busy food and beverage facility in Carlow Town.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant ensuring high standards of quality and service.
* Manage and mentor staff, ensuring tasks are prioritised and allocated to optimise best use of the workforce and resources available.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage stock control to optimize profitability.
* Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience through quality service and attention to detail.
* Address customer inquiries/complaints promptly and professionally.
* Oversee rostering and customer bookings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Bar/Restaurant Manager (+2 years).
* Knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktail preparation and bar operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
