Position Overview
Autofulfil is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager (Client Solutions) to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction through effective onboarding, integration, and ongoing management. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal point of contact between Autofulfil and our clients, ensuring seamless operations and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our systems. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor the onboarding process accordingly.
Coordination with Warehouse and Operations: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including the warehouse and operations, to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and met.
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Provide ongoing support and solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Meetings and Communication: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for growth. Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels.
Data Analysis: Utilize data to monitor client accounts, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
Negotiating Rate Increases: Effectively negotiate rate increases by demonstrating value and understanding client budget constraints.
Managing Client Exits: Handle client offboarding with professionalism, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining a positive relationship for potential future partnerships.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and capable of following through on commitments.
In-depth understanding of operations within a warehousing or logistics environment is a nice to have.
2-3 years of experience in B2B Account Management or related field.
