Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to join our team as a Commercial Lead. This role involves contributing to large-scale projects in substation, power generation, and grid connection.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in alignment with company objectives.
* Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
* Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win new projects and contracts.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate business development activities, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business development activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven track record: Of success in business development within the Substation, Grid Connection, or Power Construction industry.
* Strong understanding: Of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
* Exceptional communication skills: And negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker: With the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
