The Institutional Client Services Team supports Institutional, Corporate and Insurance clients from on-boarding of the client to day to day servicing in conjunction with the local sales teams.
What you will be responsible for
* Assist with the co-ordination of the Feasibility Assessment Process (“FAP”) ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the new business opportunity.
* Assist with the co-ordination of the Institutional Client Take on ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed of the new business opportunity. Become familiar with all aspects of the onboarding on mandates and to co-lead the onboarding of new clients.
* Assist with the co-ordination of the set up dedicated funds / products and manage modifications to dedicated funds independently.
* Receive and service client requests. Record the requests in MY CRM, track and monitor client requests for resolution, including dealing with Claims.
* Liaise with the client/ sales to obtain the relevant client KYC documents and follow up on a defined regular basis to complete the KYC refresh.
* Ensure client reporting requirements are understood by the relevant reporting team, produced and received in order to send these to the client.
* Ensure the notification of any large inflow/outflows are communicated to relevant areas of the business.
* Liaise with the relevant department to ensure that the fee process is working correctly (fee rebates / management fee calculations) and submit invoices/fee statements to the client.
* Ensure that Ad-hoc questions received from clients are properly responded to in a timely and complete manner. Analyse trends of client requests and identify possible options to address these while meeting client expectations.
* Conduct and contribute to weekly institutional update meetings to ensure all stakeholders are fully aware of the progress of a new business opportunity or changes to an existing client.
* Record constraints listed in investment management agreements in the appropriate system/tool.
* Assist and manage adhoc projects as they arise.
