Purpose
This newly created position represents a critical role in shaping the future of our Corporate Finance division.
Responsibilities
1. Contributing to the implementation of the CF business development plan.
2. Engaging with sector targets through a structured sales plan.
3. Managing the preparation and submission of new business proposals to targets.
4. Working as Project Manager on Corporate Finance engagements by scoping projects, setting timelines and ensuring delivery.
5. Building and maintaining strong and trusted client relationships by providing tailored solutions which create value and impact.
6. Leading and coaching project teams.
Qualifications
1. Qualified Accountant with experience of operating at a senior level.
2. Project Management experience along with background in CF.
3. Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
4. Solutions based approach.
5. Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
6. Excellent organisational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, to specifically include Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Be proactive, organised and handle uncertain environments.
9. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a keen sense of urgency and results orientation.
