Hotel Revenue Manager with Cluster Experience
We are seeking a Hotel Revenue Manager with cluster experience for a hybrid role at our thriving accommodation provider.
The ideal candidate will fully manage the revenue function for a minimum of five properties, increasing profitability and ensuring all revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reach and exceed revenue management and profitability targets per property.
* Understand competitor set and develop strategies to stay ahead of the market.
* Ability to interpret business analytics into meaningful strategy to improve performance using tools such as Ideas G3, Optix, Power Bi, Co-Star, OTA Insights/Lighthouse & Travelclick.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum of three years management experience in Rooms Division / Revenue Management / Reservations.
* Previous experience at Cluster / Regional level.
* Recognized qualification in Hotel & Catering, leisure or hospitality, operations management.
