Project Manager - Projects & Engineering Department
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Charleville.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead a talented team of project, process, and mechanical engineers dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure expectations are met and managed effectively.
* Oversee design, procurement, construction, and testing activities throughout various projects.
* Drive internal teams to achieve specific project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
* Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to consistently meet customer demands and expectations.
* Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact timelines and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyse client specifications relative to the organisation's quotations, scope, and commercial items.
* Generate and verify engineering deliverables, including technical specifications and procurement documentation.
* Facilitate project communications and generate reports to keep all relevant stakeholders informed.
* Inspect mechanical builds as they progress and ensure compliance with quality standards through regular reviews.
Requirements
* A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position within a related industry.
* A BEng degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Practical experience in mechanical and process engineering, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
