Arrears Support Advisor
A key role within the Mortgage Arrears Resolution Service (MARS) in Bank of Ireland's Retail Ireland Division.
Role Summary:
Provide full 360 support to customers experiencing financial difficulties via telephone, ensuring timely communication and minimizing credit losses while fostering customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advocate for customer needs while ensuring alignment with bank and customer best interests.
* Engage with customers and external representatives in a manner reflecting commitment to customer service and core values.
* Stay informed about and comply with departmental policies and procedures in a dynamic environment.
* Actively contribute to achieving customer and business goals through proactive and reactive interactions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated fair and effective customer experience.
* Business acumen to assess risk situations and identify optimum solutions.
