Key Things This Person Will Do
Use CRM data to create targeted marketing campaigns that enhance fan experience and increase race day attendance.Implement and optimize customer segmentation strategies to ensure personalized, relevant communications.Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and race day engagement using CRM and social data.Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations.Collaborate with marketing and racecourse teams to create a seamless, data-driven fan experience.
What Makes Someone a Great Fit
Were looking for someone who understands the power of customer data and how it can drive engagement and retention. The right person for this role will:
Have at least 2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer insights, preferably using platforms like DotDigital, Mailchimp, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, or Salesforce.Be analytical, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.Be comfortable with automation and personalization in email marketing and surveys.Have great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Understand GDPR and data protection best practices.Have a background in the sports or entertainment industry (helpful but not essential).
Compensation & Start Date
Salary expectations: Competitive, 31-47K.Start date: ASAP we are keen to onboard the right candidate as soon as possible.
