The purpose of this role is a client executive position within a dynamic team setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop an established commercial book of business in collaboration with an account director.
* Ensure client insurance requirements are met, including renewal and mid-year alterations, as well as claims handling in accordance with agreed protocols and procedures.
* Provide account support to account directors on clients.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection, ensuring compliance with all management audit requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
* Establish effective working relationships with customers by building trust, anticipating needs, sharing information, and meeting commitments.
* Deal with customer inquiries, quotes, and issues in a professional manner.
Customer Service
* Portray a professional image to meet or exceed customer service standards.
* Take personal responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in work.
* Respond to customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with designated account directors and the team to ensure all customer needs are met.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Requirements
* Must have a minimum APA qualification and be willing to work towards a CIP qualification.
* Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
