Job Description:Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery.
As a member of the Product Analyst Chapter, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contributes to driving outstanding solutions.
In this role, you will work in partnership with product analysts, squad leads, engineers, and architects toward a shared goal.
The Team Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data, and systems.
The analyst will work alongside the Application Security Tools product team in the Application & Infrastructure Security Product Area.
This product area specializes in application and infrastructure security governance.
The mission of the product area is to Secure the Firm by identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerability, malware, and configuration exposures in Fidelity's applications and infrastructure.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring 8+ years' experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices.
Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in either Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field.Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.The Value You Deliver Expert understanding of complex business needs and challenges with a keen ability to influence product strategy to enable customer success.Expertise in eliciting requirements from non-technical and technical stakeholders across the enterprise and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needs.Expert mastery of advanced business analysis techniques and product ownership skills including translating analysis into actionable insights to inform product and team objectives.Expert ability to conduct research and analysis independently including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future state of complex projects.Functions as a domain expert of team's product(s) and processes and seeks opportunities to document and share knowledge to prevent single point of failure.Successfully navigates competing priorities and aligns teams across the enterprise to drive strategic product delivery.Champions and leads cross-team and cross-product area collaboration to drive strong business outcomes.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including proposing informed solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles and leverages agile ways of working to improve product delivery on team.Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and stakeholders including product documentation, technical diagrams, and business requirement documents.Operates with a continuous improvement mentality and mentors junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosity.Related Certifications Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates are a plus.Category:Information Technology
