Fine Dining Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team in a luxury 5* hotel in The Galway area.
This role will also involve overseeing the overall resort when the Executive Head chef is absent, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the kitchen and management of kitchen staff
* Creation of menus that balance creativity and profitability
* Ordering of supplies and quality control of food
* Collaboration with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years as a Sous or Head chef within a fine dining environment (2-3 Rosette or Michelin standard required)
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
* Strong leadership and management skills
