Job Description
This is a 12 month fixed term contract as a People Services Team Member.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding and offboarding, for various jurisdictions.
* Respond to and resolve HR enquiries in a timely manner using knowledge base and case management tool.
* Manage contracts and onboarding processes across Business Units.
* Communicate instructions to payroll and report on absence and other key People KPIs.
* Manage holiday balances and process invoices through the system.
* Serve as primary support and coach for employees and managers with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions.
* Maintain electronic and physical personnel records in accordance with record retention policies.
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks, HR initiatives, and projects as required.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in administration or shared services (preferably HR).
* Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
* High personal integrity required in handling confidential information.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficient user in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and MS Windows.
* SAP Success Factors experience is an advantage.
* 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Flexible team player with passion and drive for HR and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
