Accounts Administrator – Part Time – Ballymount, Dublin1 2
Office based role
20 hours per week.
(Flexible on days/hours)
€16-20 per hour depending on experience
Duties include:
* Inputting invoices on the accounts system
* Ensuring clients are invoiced correctly
* Ensure client credit terms are correct and following up where necessary
* Liaising with team members regarding client accounts
* Identify and address discrepancies
* Dealing with a high volume of monthly invoices
* Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
* Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
* Data entry
* General administration
Requirements:
* 2+ years solid accounts administration experience
* MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
* Excellent administration skills.
* Good numerical ability
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Positive outlook
