Hotel Talent are seeking an experienced and proactive Revenue Manager to join a 4-star property in Cork. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and forecasting demand. This position requires a strong understanding of revenue management techniques and experience in the hospitality industry to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds its financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Management Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy. Market Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze market trends and historical data to forecast demand and adjust strategies. Pricing and Distribution: Manage rate structures and ensure optimal distribution across all channels. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue goals. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to track performance. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and improve revenue management processes. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Revenue Manager, Pricing Analyst, or similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution channels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong knowledge of the Irish hotel market and tourism industry. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
