You will support all teams across EMEA & APAC and play an important role in our People & Places team. You will be a key member of the HR team and a trusted partner and subject matter expert to our employee population. You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting our new hire onboarding experience, responding to employee questions and owning essential HR operational functions. You will be an ambassador for Quantcast and an important point of contact for all our team members. What you'll do:Support of people operations across the employee lifecycle - pre-onboarding, onboarding, HR processes, reporting line updates, and offboardingManage the full lifecycle for contingent workers—onboarding, extensions, off-boarding and troubleshootingAct as the first point of contact for employee questions and queries related to HR, payroll, time off, benefits, etc.Supporting global payroll processing in collaboration with Accounting, Benefits, and payroll vendorManaging immigration/visa cases with our employees and legal counselActioning standard reporting requests & data retrieval on all employee data (including Verification of Employment)Working in partnership with our L&D team, coordinate details around Quantcast’s new hire company onboardingAssist in completing All Hands company meeting slides (new hires, anniversaries, and promotions)Lead or co-lead the new hire HR/Benefits orientation session on a bi-weekly basisOwning upkeep of HR intranet pages and policy updatesSupporting Benefits team as neededAs a member of the HR Ops team, this individual can propose and suggest process improvement changes and participate in a wide variety of HR projects & programs.Maintaining confidential information in compliance with HR and company policiesWho you are:University degree, preferably with a focus on HR, organizational design, psychology, or related experience1-2 years of HR Operations experienceExperience with a HRIS system (Workday is a big plus)High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive informationVery strong Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Solid attention to detail, highly organized and process-drivenExcellent communicator and presenterFlexible and adaptable, willing to dive in and help on a wide range of tasksStrong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration, and teamwork skillsCustomer-focus mindset#LI-SK1At Quantcast, we craft offers that reflect your unique skills, expertise, and geographic location.
