Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin. Languages: Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in German, Dutch, and Polish is an advantage. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and communicating with both internal teams and clients.
As part of our operations team, you will be the first point of contact for handling tickets, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting our Account Managers (AMs) with internal and customer-facing systems.
You will also assist in setting up audits, translating contract details into actionable processes, and helping to streamline operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:Ticket Management: Respond to operational and sales-related tickets, resolving system issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow for internal teams and clients.System Support & Training: Assist AMs in using internal applications and customer support systems effectively, providing hands-on training when needed.Application Rollout: Set up and roll out internal company apps, ensuring employees are trained and able to use them efficiently.Audit Setup & SLA Translation: Configure audits in our AMIE system, translating work program and SLA details from contracts into audit elements to ensure compliance and accuracy.Data Analysis & Reporting: Track system data, identify patterns, and generate reports to support operational decision-making.Planning & Process Optimization: Work closely with the operations team to schedule audits and improve workflows within AMIE or other internal systems.Qualifications And Skills:What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree (completed or near completion) in Business, IT, Operations, or a related field.Strong technical aptitude with experience using software systems and troubleshooting issues.Excellent communication skills to support AMs, resolve tickets, and liaise with clients when needed.High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What we offer: Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company.Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options, to support your well-being.A space to bring new ideas, take initiative, and make a difference from day one.Flat hierarchies, a collaborative atmosphere, and great colleagues who support your success.If you are eager to start your career in operations support, enjoy working with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
