This enhanced role incorporates responsibilities for managing the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) program alongside Creator Agency Partner (CAP) and TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP). The TikTok Shop Partner Program Manager serves as the central figure coordinating all operations, ensuring that creators, affiliates, sellers, and merchants work together seamlessly within TikTok Shop's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) Responsibilities
o Develop and publish services on the App & Service Store via the Partner Console.
o Ensure services align with TikTok Shop’s operational, mentoring, and content creation needs.
o Guide sellers through the TikTok Shop setup process, including account authorization and service activation.
o Provide hands-on operational mentoring to help sellers optimize their shops.
o Shop Management & Content Creation:
o Offer end-to-end shop management services, including listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
o Assist sellers with creating engaging TikTok-specific content such as short videos and livestream plans.
o Use the Data Compass module to analyze seller performance and recommend data-backed strategies for growth.
o Custom Services:
o Deliver personalized services to high-performing sellers, providing strategic insights and one-on-one operational support.
2. Creator Agency Partner (CAP) Responsibilities
o Recruit, Educate, and Incubate Creators:
o Onboard talented TikTok creators into CAP and train them to produce scalable e-commerce content (short videos and livestreams).
o Provide creators with tools and strategies for high-quality content production.
o Match creators with suitable merchants and sellers, driving effective partnerships.
o Support creators with campaign management, ensuring alignment with TikTok Shop guidelines and merchant goals.
o Scaled Solutions:
o Implement scalable systems to empower creators, enabling consistent and high-quality content production.
o Performance Monitoring:
o Track creator performance using the Partner Center’s Data Compass, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. TikTok Affiliate Partner (TAP) Responsibilities
o Affiliate Campaign Management:
o Create and manage campaigns using the Affiliate Partner Console to connect sellers with affiliates.
o Ensure campaigns align with sellers' objectives and product niches.
o Seller and Affiliate Matchmaking:
o Recruit sellers and match them with high-performing affiliates.
o Help affiliates generate exclusive product links and guide them on best practices for promotion.
o Performance Optimization:
o Monitor affiliate-driven sales and optimize campaign strategies for better ROI.
o Track commissions and orders via the Finance Module, ensuring accurate payouts for affiliates.
4. Strategic Planning & Operations Integration
o Align TSP, CAP, and TAP activities to create a cohesive operational model.
o Leverage creator talents (CAP) and affiliate networks (TAP) to support seller growth (TSP).
o Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Use insights from the Data Compass to analyze and optimize seller, creator, and affiliate performance.
o Provide merchants and creators with regular reports demonstrating growth and campaign success.
5. Relationship Building
o With Sellers:
o Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized mentoring and shop management services.
o With Creators:
o Build long-term relationships with creators, motivating them to consistently produce quality e-commerce content.
o With Affiliates:
o Establish connections with high-performing affiliates, fostering collaboration and loyalty.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance
o Ensure all sellers, creators, and affiliates adhere to TikTok Shop’s policies and content guidelines.
o Address issues promptly, including policy violations, campaign disputes, or service-related concerns.

* Creator Management: Handle CAP creator onboarding, performance tracking, and campaign management.
* Affiliate Partner Console: Create and manage TAP affiliate campaigns.
* Data Compass: Analyze performance data across TSP, CAP, and TAP activities.
