About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at eDesk, you will play an essential role in supporting our marketing initiatives across content creation, digital marketing, email, events, and social media.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about eCommerce and customer service technology.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Supports the marketing team with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Contributes to the creation of marketing content, including design/video, social media updates, emails, and promotional materials working with the graphic and video designer.
3. Manages social media platforms by posting content, monitoring engagement, and interacting with our audience.
4. Supports with events, partnership & sponsorship activities.
5. Keeps all partners and partner sites up to date.
6. Works collaboratively with other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Your Profile
* Recent Graduate with a focus on Marketing or Business.
* Structured, organized, and process-oriented, with an analytical mindset.
* High resilience and solution-oriented attitude.
* Team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
* Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.
