Job Description
A Dublin-based Change Management Lead with experience in Digital Transformation adoption in large organisations is sought for a contract role.
The client requires a Change Management Lead to enable the successful adoption of a Digital Transformation initiative through people-focused engagement and readiness for business process, technology, job role and organisational structure changes.
Contract position based in Dublin city centre with hybrid working options.
The Role:
* The programme includes enabling a new ERP system across the organisation.
* The Change Management Lead is a key position within the Programme focused on system rollout.
* All change-related activities from impact assessment to end-user training are managed by this role.
* The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance to change.
* Faster adoption and higher utilisation of changes impacting employees will be driven by the Change Management Lead.
* Negotiation with management levels to ensure understanding and support of the change among all people managers is required.
Experience:
* 5+ years of experience in a Change Management role, leading complex initiatives in a large-scale or multinational organisation preferred.
* Major transformation programmes experience is essential.
* Leading Change Management on procurement transformation projects is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Degree-level education is required.
* Certification in Change Management is preferred.
* Certification in Project Management is desirable.
