Your Role
As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of audits/assignments, delivering high-quality work on time and within the required standards.
You will build strong client and team relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact and advisor.
You will take ownership of your work and the work allocated to your team, ensuring adherence to our firm's methodology and standards.
You will proactively identify opportunities for additional client services and mentor junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
Responsibilities
1. Confidently complete all sections of audits/assignments with minimal review.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
3. Take responsibility for your own work and the work allocation of the team.
4. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to our firm's methodology and standards.
5. Proactively identify opportunities for additional client services.
6. Train and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* IACI/ACCA Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified (or equivalent) qualifications.
* Proven audit experience in a practice environment in Ireland.
