Job Title: HR Manager
Contract Type: 12-month contract with hybrid working benefits
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role on the senior management team, reporting to the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering the HR strategy across the assigned business unit.
* Supporting senior managers on all people-related matters as a member of the senior management team.
* Leading and developing a high-performing HR team.
* Leading the Talent Management agenda, focusing on succession planning and pipelining talent across the assigned business unit.
* Responsible for the ER/IR agenda, ensuring timely resolution to employee relation issues and supporting change management as required.
* Leading HR projects, ensuring cross-functional engagement in line with business goals.
Experience Required:
* A third-level degree in HR or a related field, with a proven track record in a similar role.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* A proven track record of delivering strategic HR projects, including change management.
* Experience working in a unionized environment is mandatory.
