Conference Manager Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Conference Manager to join our team at Killashee Hotel.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all conferences in the hotel, providing exceptional service to guests, and working closely with the Operations Manager on departmental projects and initiatives.
Main Duties:
* Ensure excellent customer experience during conferences and meetings.
* Manage rostering within the department effectively.
* Engage with guests, act upon feedback, and encourage customer reviews.
* Update SOPs, train team members, and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager on departmental projects and initiatives.
* Motivate and create an engaging work environment for team members.
Key Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivation and positive attitude.
* Possession of strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
