Project Engineering – Project Lead (Infrastructure Upgrades)
About the Opportunity
The Project Lead will work with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver projects on time and within expectations. This role requires significant experience in high-regulated environments, ideally within pharmaceutical production. The team prioritizes safe project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform procurement, equipment acceptance, and report regularly on project status.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver right-first-time project deployment.
* Maintain strong communication skills to convey project goals and progress to stakeholders.
* Support project participants in overcoming obstacles when needed.
* Be responsible for performance metrics related to budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
* A knowledge of automation and systems projects is advantageous.
