We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy Sea Food & Steak Restaurant in Strandhill, Co. Sligo.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients
* Working effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Contributing to menu planning and development
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Possess a passion for food and a drive to consistently deliver high-quality dishes
* Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods
