A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for Business Development Lead.
A full, clean driving licence is required along with flexibility to travel as required to multiple corporate client locations.
Benefits: Hybrid working opportunities Health Insurance Performance related pay Company pension And many more Role Purpose Development and implementation of sales campaigns including lead generation to grow membership and achieve sales targets across the full EAP & OH product range.
Responsible for the development & execution of annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for each of Vhi CS' EAP and OH business and work with the Clinical Director, CWSM and OH Manager to ensure the best solution is pitched to the corporate client.
Co-ordination and management of Vhi CS' tenders for EAP and OH businesses including preparing content for documents, new business quotes via Salesforce template, proposals, pitch attendance.
End to end management of all new business enquiries across the EAP and Occ Health service lines.
Support operational & commercials (pricing, contract renewals etc.)
for existing & new OH Outsourced & EAP contracts.
Work closely with H&W Finance, Occ Health, EAP & CWSM Managers on the appropriate re-pricing of all Corp Solutions service lines.
Develop a strong business relationship with key stakeholders such as Corporate Sales, Finance, Legal, and EAP provider etc.
to facilitate lead generation and strong sales pipelines.
Key Criteria Education & Experience Third level degree or equivalent.
APA/CIP qualified desirable but not essential.
At least 2 years in a customer facing/relationship management/sales role.
Experience in a customer facing role or the ability to demonstrate capability in a customer facing environment is essential.
Proven track record of target delivery in a sales environment.
Strong commercial & analytical awareness.
Technical: Target driven with proven ability to deliver strong sales results in line with organisational goals and targets.
Proven ability to build a local, regional and national business networks.
Demonstrates flexibility and a proven ability to work on one's own initiative – willingness to travel for Vhi business at regular intervals.
Exceptional planning and time management, effectively prioritises tasks and has the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
Interpersonal: Highly motivated with strong initiative.
Proven influencing and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to demonstrate a strong Sales focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively and confidently across all levels of an organisation.
A degree of flexibility to adapt to a developing and evolving role will be required.
