The On–Premise Trade Marketing Manager (OPTMM) is a national role (Ireland of Ireland) that focuses on the development, implementation and cultivation of the Red Bull brand image as well as increasing the Red Bull share of mind and consumption in the On-Premise environment.
The OPTMM is a strong collaborator, interfacing with all the key stakeholders to maximise impact of and leverage major On-Premise image building and consumption driving initiatives. The OPTMM trains the sales team in the use of all new On-Premise Marketing tools and added value concepts, ensuring increased availability, visibility and activation of Red Bull at the point of sale/ decision in outlet.
The OPTMM is a key contributor and main coordinator to the annual On-Premise business plan, by identifying and defining insights which will lead to new activities, programs and strategies as well as developing appropriate strategies and tactics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs. • Drive share of mind with industry stakeholders including industry staff, decision makers, owners and influencers.• Responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations. • Support of the Musketeers and Key Account managers to implement tools and concepts. • Be a peer to the National Red Bull Marketing Team (ensure cross departmental collaboration). • Translate the national research results, initiatives and insight generation into new actions, activities, programmes, strategies which can be implemented in On Premise focus areas.• Continuously observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identifying potential for improving and adding new marketing activities.• Responsible for the national event and festival strategy.• Joint responsibility, together with the Musketeers, for executing marketing activities and POS activations in keeping with the international strategy at Red Bull events, festivals and 3rd party events.• Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practice sharing (case studies) within the national and international team.• Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organisers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities. • Efficient allocation of the On-Premise marketing budget according to the national business plan.• Responsible for allocation of POS tools and monitoring their correct placement.• Track, record and evaluate all results of marketing activities implemented.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ideally you will have 3+ years marketing experience in a commercial environment in addition to: • A degree in Marketing / Business.• Experience in On Premise environment preferred.• People leadership/management experience preferred.• Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. • Highly developed planning, prioritisation and organisational ability. • Strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data). • Excellent communication, active listening skills and the ability to negotiate.• Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).• Working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
