Job Description
Trading Managers Assistant - Health and Wellness
Reporting to the Trading Manager, the successful applicant will provide administrative support in the day-to-day running of the portfolio.
Liaising with suppliers for your portfolio and the wider trading team to ensure clear communication around projects and frequent deadlines.
You will also support the TM on cross-functional initiatives requiring strong organisational skills, a team work approach, and a passion for food.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports using Excel and strong numerical skills are essential responsibilities.
Working independently with autonomy and as part of the wider Trading team on a varied workload.
Responsibilities Include:
* Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Competency in PC packages (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in using in-house databases is desirable.
* Previous experience in Trading/Purchasing, Sales, or Supply Chain is essential for this role.

This is an initial 12-month contract.
