Your new role
Your new role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service over the phone and to assist and provide solutions to any issue which may arise by taking the appropriate action and ensuring that every customer’s experience on the phone is as streamlined and efficient as possible. You will receive extensive training when you start, you will learn about the bank’s services, the bespoke IT systems and, of course, how to handle calls. This will be a mixture of classroom-based training and observing and practising on the call centre floor.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent customer service skills with previous experience within a busy customer-focused environment (2 years minimum). You will need to be available to start work in July and will have no holidays booked for the training period, which will last 5 weeks.
What you'll get in return
Excellent on the job and learning opportunities. You will start on a 6-month assignment, gaining invaluable experience in the banking sector for one of Ireland’s largest banks. You will work a 37-hour week and earn a very competitive hourly rate of €14.55 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Free on-site parking is available.
