The Opportunity:
As the Project Engineer you will be responsible for leading or collaborating within a team to execute CAPEX and non-CAPEX projects from initiation to handover. Your role ensures the projects adhere to Good Engineering Practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, ultimately contributing to the efficient and compliant operation of the AICL(KP) facility.
1. Project Management: Lead engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and regulatory standards.
2. Compliance & Quality: Maintain FDA, cGMP, and corporate quality compliance; ensure audit readiness and successful outcomes.
3. Budget & Resources: Develop and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, optimise resources, and support capital investment decisions.
4. Technology & Innovation: Identify and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing, automation, and operational efficiency.
5. Validation & Change Management: Oversee validation, equipment qualification, and change control to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, validation documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science or equivalent.
