About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a permanent part-time role with flexible on-site working hours.
Job Summary
This role involves planning and overseeing various marketing activities, including market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media in line with business partners. You will also be responsible for building marketing programs and campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and reporting on marketing metrics.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute e-marketing campaigns, traditional marketing, and advertising campaigns.
* Drive localized digital strategy and collaborate with dealers' brands marketing team.
* Develop yearly marketing plans.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns on a quarterly basis, ensuring all social media feeds are effective.
* Organize and implement a calendar of events with sales, service, and parts team to drive B2C sales.
* Manage the marketing budget.
* Manage website and content.
* Maintain up-to-date digital channels (website/social media) for wholegoods and aftersales.
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and notification of any breaches to management.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a 3rd-level degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of previous marketing experience is required. Proficiency in Digital Marketing and all forms of social media is essential. A background in agriculture is an advantage but not essential. Strong knowledge of GDPR is required to ensure compliance with data management.
