Job Title: Marketing Executive
Responsible To: Director of Sales & Marketing

Duties & Responsibilities
* Review and update our online presence and platforms to include social media channels.
* Graphic design of menus, brochures, wedding-related material and to liaise and help with other design work when requested by staff.
* Create photographs, Social Posts, Reels, Boomerangs, Video Clippings for the hotel as and when necessary.
* Scheduling social media posts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram (and Stories) weekly and on any future platforms.
* Working with our Corporate Marketing Team on Website Photographs and OTA Channel Photographs and Imagery.
* Taking photos and videos for any events or special occasions being held in the venues, weddings.
* Compile Weekly and Monthly Metrics to show follower growth and Social Channel Impressions.
* Writing content for the websites, ads, newsletters and any other digital platforms.
* Assistance in wider marketing campaigns and with all F&B marketing and promotions.
* Communicate all weekly work with Sales & Marketing Manager.
* Develop and Enhance any imagery that is produced to give the best image of the Hotels, F&B Services and any other Hotel Activities.
* Taking initiative and being creative with new innovative growth strategies.
* Performing research and data analytics.
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
* Updating photo and video content on Google Business, TripAdvisor, Bing Places, Yelp.
* Research competitor Social Channels and provide suggestions for improvement.
* Any other reasonable duties as and when it is deemed necessary by the Hotel Managers and/or Group Directors.
Qualifying Criteria
* 1 – 2 years previous sales and marketing experience in a hospitality environment.
* Must be able to communicate freely and eloquently in both written and spoken English.
* Excellent time management & organisational skills are essential.
* A proactive, self-starter who is able to work within a team as well as individually.
* Flexibility required to work evenings where required and weekends.
* Strong creativity and innovation is required when implementing new concepts.
* Flexibility with working hours working 5 over 7 days and priority must be shown to new Social and Sales Opportunities.
* Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong selling and interpersonal skills.
