Job Purpose Summary

Main Responsibilities
The company serves a wide range of global vendors and customers with a growing and successful business across multiple locations within the AMR, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.
You will support and assist the Vendor Managers in managing a group of vendors and enhancing our working relationships with customers.
Your main duties will include:
* Understanding various systems, including SAP, Qlik View, Box etc.
* Providing support to the Vendor Manager on a given set of Vendors.
* Managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process including completion of CMS and Customer set up forms.
* Ensuring correct product creation in SAP via tools such as Winshuttle, etc.
* Working with compliance team to ensure NPI compliance tracker is always up to date.
* Maintaining product master data in the relevant CMS systems including product status (existing, end of life, etc) via SAP/Qlik View and Customer's vehicles.
* Assisting in loading/updating customer-specific cost and sales pricing within SAP.
* Managing and processing price protection claims to vendors and within internal Pipefy platform.
* Managing the process of ensuring any vendor rebates and loaded in to systems to ensure correct margins are reflected on sales orders.
* Monitoring and responding to Teamwork Desk business inquiries Proactively managing communications (emails, calls, ETA tracking, etc) with customers and vendors.
* Working with vendor to provide customer with accurate information on delivery dates and provide solutions and a recovery plan to the service level agreement with customer.
* Adhering to internal processes, timelines, and protocols (reports, product setup, etc)

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Logistics) to optimise the business efficiencies Contributing to Process Improvement initiatives by reviewing existing process and recommending improvements to make us more efficient as a business
