Facilities Site Supervisor (Chemical Production industry in Dublin 24)
Cpl are delighted to work with our client partner to support them with sourcing and hiring an accomplished Site Facilities Lead for their Bulk Chemical Manufacturing site in Dublin 24. The role is a full-time day shift position working onsite Monday to Friday.

The role itself is part of a team of 5 Engineering Leaders, each with their own portfolio on the site and reporting into the site Director of Engineering.
Please note, you must be eligible for full-time employment in Ireland, hold a suitable qualification, and have at least 5 years of Facilities Leadership experience.
Job Description and Scope
As the Site Facilities Manager for the Tallaght plant, you will be required to provide the necessary resources for the integration of new facilities and operations into the client site structure. The key deliverables are seen as:
1. Manage resources to ensure an effective and professional facilities management service company-wide, consistent with the company’s goals and in adherence to extremely strict international safety standards, as this site itself is an ATEX grade manufacturing facility.
2. Site Services ownership:
1. Buildings and general facilities and utilities
2. Yards, Car parks, Electrical, gas, water supply & distribution, compressors, boiler, chillers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, bunds, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, surface & foul water drainage, fire water & sprinkler systems
3. Building management system, environmental systems, and external contractors
4. Cleaning, security, contractors on-site and general visitors, landscaping, CCTV & site access control
3. Manage facility projects installations to ensure that they are carried out on time, on budget, and in a safe and responsible manner without adverse impact to site efficiency or the local community.
4. Monitor workload and manage resources to ensure completion of all agreed targets.
5. Take a leadership role in the introduction and development of facility strategies and management systems company-wide.
6. Ensure that all necessary regulatory services, permits, permissions, registers & calibration certificates are in place & up to date.
7. Ensure compliance, certification, and calibrations to all related regulatory & statutory directives, acts, laws, standards & guidance.
To achieve these measures, appropriate capital and maintenance schedules will be agreed and implemented with management.
