**Job Title:** Maintenance Facilities Co-ordinator
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal services delivery, equipment reliability, and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Planning:
* Review preventative maintenance schedules and work requests.
* Prioritise tasks and compile a schedule of works to match available resources daily.
* Schedule external contractor visits with operations/laboratory areas to ensure equipment availability.
Maintenance Coordination:
* Closure of planned orders in SAP and review of reports for follow-up actions.
* Filing electronic records as new work tasks and reports.
* Booking services in SAP to enable timely invoicing and payment.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Compile reports to track departmental KPIs and metrics for internal data use.
* Prepare monthly reports for site and senior management dissemination.
Equipment Support:
* Compilation of maintenance routines through collaboration with supplier instructions and technicians.
* Update work instructions based on field observations/improvement initiatives.
Store Management:
* Strategic management of the Maintenance stores function in compliance with PPGs policies and site strategy.
* Compiling spare parts requirements for new equipment and setting reorder levels on SAP.
* Receipts of deliveries on SAP (along with services) is a critical role in procure to pay (P2P) process.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
* Maintain individual site training compliance to ensure all work is carried out in compliance with GMP & EHS policies and procedures.
* Maintain a clean and tidy workspace during and after work completion.
* Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation as per Licence requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree or other relevant technical qualification preferred.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance/technical roles in chemical/pharmaceutical industries, preferably in a planning role.
* Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements (environmental, health and safety, quality, and employment law).
