An Opportunity for a Site Manager to join the Life Science team in Dublin 15. The Site Manager is responsible to the Project Manager and works closely with the QS. They are responsible for the management of the on-site programme in respect of delivery, workmanship and safety. The Site Manager ensures that adequate and proper labour, plant, materials and sub-contractor's resources are available to meet the requirements of the contract.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish and monitor key stage programmes
* Set up the site
* Active involvement in HSEQS management on our projects and challenge working practices on site and across our business to ensure continuous improvement in line with our Zero philosophy
* Take possession of the site, plan and coordinate trades activities
* Apply for temporary service connections
* Implement the Project Execution Plan
* Interpret drawings and specifications and communicate directions to site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
* Close out all issues raised by safety, quality and environmental reports and audits
* Inform the QS of any matter for which extra payment may be due or additional costs are involved
* Be aware of the conditions of the main contract and the conditions attendances of our contract with Subcontractors
Qualifications
* Working towards an academic and or a professional industry-related qualification
* CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, & S 5 Q 10 internal workshops
* First Aid at work Certificate
* Lifting Supervisor
* Driving Licence
* Degree or Diploma in a Construction-related Subject is desirable
