Paraplanner Role Overview
The ideal candidate for this position is a target and process-driven individual with previous experience in the Life & Pensions broker industry. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Advisor team by preparing pre-sale documents, attending client meetings, and ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in pre-sales processes and attending client meetings as required.
* Preparing pre-sale documents and supporting documents with input from the Financial Advisor.
* Liaising with the Financial Advisor team to develop lead generation strategies and review clients.
* Ensuring the Financial Advisor team is briefed on market and product changes in a timely manner.
* Complying with Central Bank regulations and requirements by preparing new business files for processing and assisting in compiling weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Life & Pensions broker industry.
* QFA Qualification at minimum, RPA qualification desirable.
* Ability to deal with generic client queries.
* Strong MS suite experience, including Excel.
* Knowledge of products, business practices, markets, and competitors.
* Strong team player with ability to work under pressure on simultaneous tasks.
