Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing technology strategies to support Treasury functions. The role oversees multiple initiatives, driving global strategy while managing planning, execution, and operational aspects for a range of business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute multi-generation product strategies aligned with business goals.
* Maximize ROI by prioritizing product features that deliver the highest business value.
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to use technology to improve, simplify, and automate business processes, optimizing total cost of ownership.
* Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and priorities.
* Negotiate deliverables and manage backlogs to align with capacity.
* Ensure development work is completed accurately and meets expectations.
* Support business planning by identifying future demands and ensuring alignment with funding.
* Lead change management efforts for technology initiatives.
* Partner with business units to define drivers and requirements for initiatives.
* Perform design gap analysis, prototyping, test script execution, and deployment as needed.
* Monitor progress of Treasury system developments within the broader project portfolio.
* Deliver updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
* Maintain accountability for global and regional outcomes based on scope.
* Establish and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Lead projects of varying complexity and act as a liaison across technical and business teams.
* Provide coaching and guidance to team members, including contractors and junior staff.
* Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
* Engage with vendors to assess software, hardware, and services while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
* Safeguard information assets by enforcing global security policies.
* Integrate security considerations into technology plans and actions.

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience with Treasury technology solutions (e.g., SAP, SWIFT).
* Hands-on experience with at least one full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance.
* 3+ years of people management experience.
* Proven ability to manage complex global projects and cross-functional teams.
* Experience with modern cloud-based solutions and agile delivery methodologies.
* Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and frameworks like ITIL.
