Job Description
We are seeking a Part-time Administrator to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge, a dedicated dealership with a great location and experienced staff. The successful candidate will be committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the sales department.
* Registering new and used vehicles.
* Ownership transfers.
* Stock control of vehicles.
* Sales Invoicing.
* Ordering of new vehicles.
* Producing sales prospecting lists.
* General administrative duties.
* Providing cover on Reception when needed and various ad hoc duties.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Relevant experience in the motor trade.
* Excellent IT and administration skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
* Analytical and highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
