Responsibilities
* Delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports
* Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion and providing regular project updates to the environment team director and clients;
* Project Lead on EIA projects involving multidisciplinary teams;
* Technical lead in a discipline related to EIA, e.g., ecology, noise, or air quality;
* Preparing planning applications, licenses, permits, and annual environmental reports, e.g., waste licenses;
* Knowledge of the regulatory environment in Ireland, including planning and permitting/licensing requirements;
* Prioritizing projects while balancing client expectations, available staff resources, and project deadlines;
* Proposal preparation and identifying follow-on work opportunities with existing clients and work to develop opportunities broadening Golder’s client base;
Qualifications
* Experienced project manager who has successfully delivered EIA projects of scale in Ireland.
* Sound understanding of EIA and planning laws that affect EIA in Ireland.
* Enthusiastic about project ownership and want to grow within the team in Ireland.
