Besides delivering on regulatory, financial and management reporting and continuous improvement of processes to ensure operational efficiency, you will further develop and mentor a finance function which partners with the business to support key strategic objectives. The Finance Director is responsible for a team of 4 and will report to Managing Director (Ireland).What You’ll Do:Partner with Executive Management Team to provide high level financial insight and support to optimise the Company’s performance and profitability and enable achievement of key strategic objectives.Together with the finance team, ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reports are prepared and filed to EMEA set timelines.Partner with Heads of Department, providing comprehensive management information to enable improved performance and growth.Develop and continuously review appropriate reports to assist the Company’s meeting of its financial targets and objectives.Prepare the annual budget and review on a quarterly basis providing updated forecasts to UK/US.Identify, implement, and champion initiatives to deliver process efficiencies.Manage all financial reporting including annual Company Audit, Pension Audit and PSRA Audit, Taxation and Statutory regulatory requirements.Lead, motivate and coach all members of the Finance Team.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service.What You’ll Need:At least 5 years industry experience in a similar role.Graduate level qualifications and a recognised professional accountancy qualification.Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to draw insight from data to communicate financial issues to stakeholders.Stakeholder management skills, experience of working with stakeholders to develop strong financial understanding across the Company.Driven to continuously improve ways of working.About CBRE Advisory (Irl) LimitedCBRE Advisory (Irl) Limited is the country’s largest commercial real estate services company with offices in Dublin and Cork.
