**Branch Manager/Sales Executive: Athlone**
The successful Branch Manager exercises complete responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that increases counter sales, drives new B2B sales and expands current portfolio, profitability, market share, customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales, operation and personnel development activities at their Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
* Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.
* Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed with particular emphasis on continuous improvement.
* Manage Customer Service at Branch to very specific agreed targets. A flair in a retail sales environment with strong customer focus is a distinct advantage in this role.
Requirements:
* A third level qualification and at least two years management experience in Car Rental or five years management experience in a similar Industry.
* Experience in B2B sales is required as this is a hybrid Sales/Operations role.
* Strong focus on delivering new business and proven track record.
* Problem-solving and analytical ability.
